In this concept design for the Core77 contest, Jim Mielke of the United States really pushed the boundaries of his imagination. When the cell phone rings, you push a small dot on your arm. A 2-by-4-inch tattoo with the image of the cell phone's digital display then appears. Answer the call by pushing one of the tattoo's buttons. When you're done, the tattoo disappears. And best of all, you'd never leave this phone in your jeans in the washer.

Do you think that in the future this will be the standard? What happens if you have an itch on your arm and start speed dialing people?

I believe this is a concept cell phone. In the future there will be implants that will work with your cell phone. This way the government will be able to track you.

Damn those goths and hippies and damn tattoos and God damn the people that get them. We'll see how these people like their "ink" when they are burning in hell for their sins and perverted ways.

That is dumb. First off why would anyone want to implant themselves with more junk manufactured by who knows who and then the government would have even more ways to trace you. The part about getting it to your ear is also a good point. Plus, these things break so often you would constantly be taking your arm in for repairs.

I guess this has got to be the dumbest thing I have seen put on someone's body. I mean what ever happened to making a statement? What is this person really trying to say?

Anybody knows how this thing works?? Obviously, it is more than just a tattoo, so does anything get implanted in the arm? How serious of a surgery would that be?
