Eli Lilly wins FDA approval to put Prozac into chewable, beef-flavored pills to treat separation anxiety in dogs.

Oh man...I wonder if they have any side effects. Wonder if dog prozac is less expensive than human prozac? That's just nuts.

What about this poor animal and who is going to give there dog prozac that doesn't need it them selves. Maybe I have just never heard of this before.

I have heard of this before. What I want to know is who does the study to see if the dog needs these kinds of meds? And what tests can they do on a dog who can`t talk mmmm?

No way!! How strong are these tablets going to be and how are we going to tell when the dogs are better, what happens if they become addicted??? I have so many questions about this!
