Would you reply to a live-in nanny job ad titled "My Kids Are A Pain"?? Would you take such a job?? A 25-year-old university grad did... At least the ad poster has honestly warned her beforehand.

Honesty is always the best policy..so they say.

Doesnt every parent think their kids can be a pain? I wouldnt openly advertise it though.

The ad was 1000 words long, and some excerpts from it indicate that the woman who'd posted it might be a pain to work for as well...

What I just don't get is this: Why would someone go to a university, graduate, and then take this nanny job??

Who knows why one would do that, maybe she thought she could make a difference. I know my kids are not angels but in an ad I would tell you they are.

Yeah, it could be that she wanted to make a difference, or the challenge itself had inspired her to try. It still puzzles me though. I thought people went to colleges and universities to avoid having these kind of jobs.
