People will try anything to get out of getting in trouble with the police.

I guess people will use whatever method they can if they think it will get them out of being arrested or given a ticket.

Atleast he didn't offer anything else. I have seen those videos of what women will do to get out of a ticket.

I have ben thinking about this one... and all I keep wanting to know is what was in the sandwich. I know if I was the officer involved, I may have asked and possibly considered the offer.

I thought people knew, at least in this country, that trying to bribe a police officer is not a good idea. Or perhaps the guy thought that a sandwich bribe does not count?

I think some police officers might have taken him up on the offer.

Depending on the sandwich in question, I might have taken the offer into consideration. A bag of chips and a drink would have helped sweeten the deal.

Well, he was drunk and he probably thought it was a great idea. Some pretty bad ideas sound like good ones when you're smashed.
