I can't think of much dumber than this idiot mother today who left her two young children in a locked car while she went inside the store for water. It was around 100 degrees outside. A man who was in his car with his children waiting for his wife saw her arrive. She said she was inside just 5 minutes, but the couple says it was 15. They called the cops. The woman was arrested for outstanding warrants and child endangerment. She's lucky it wasn't worse.
