Yep, buying groceries on sale can be retarded, if you're my father-in-law. The idiot can't pass a reduced price food item, supposedly because you can save money on it; so he buys stuff, packs his fridge full and then lets it rot in there. When and if someone checks the fridge later, it's full of junk that needs to be thrown out. A good way to save money, huh?

yeah it isn't saving anyone money to buy stuff you don't need and will never use. Some people just can not pass up a sale I guess.

He is just too overwhelmed by the cost. To save from it, he could have sold it to his neighbor than keeping it rot in fridge.

Wow! That sounds weird. If you're alone at home, why buy so many groceries? I think it's a good idea to buy what's only needed and commonly used. That's saving money.

Not only he is alone, he rarely cooks, he's too darn lazy for that. He eats out every day. Quite a character... I could fill this forum up with stories about him, but you wouldn't believe them.
