I hate this store and company. The stores are so dark... I think they keep the lights low so you can't see the prices on the clothing!
It's so flimsy and expensive! 2 things that don't go together!

I hate this store, it just reminds me of American preteen junk, and the further decline of this country. Do you know they actually grade their CSR's on their hotness?

It is all about the kids and cashing in on bandwagon trends. Rational people wouldn't shop at the mall for anything let alone clothes. They are so overly priced.

I think the dark outlook is to make the kids think the place is so cool.

while Mom is shopping at J.C. Penney, a nicely lit store with orderly shelves and quiet easy listening music, the teens prefer to go to a store that is quite the opposite

it is the image they are after... it's not even the clothes so much
