So the jobless rate went up again last month, even higher than expected. Seems to me we are stuck. people keep buying crappy goods from countries with no human rights laws and that use inferior and even toxic materials. This drives jobs out of America and forces people to have to buy cheaper, crappier products from these countries more and more. maybe if people just stopped buying the junk they don't need from these countries that obviously make money off our stupid spending habits then we could get back to a little self sufficiency.

I bought three nice, very good quality, American-made t-shirts today. They are expensive, I bought them as gifts, and I think they will not be worn as everyday casual wear, either. I understand how most people cannot afford buying American-made things for everyday use. It is sad.
