Detroit, Michigan?

We have lots of friends there.
It is an area that has been hit very hard by the housing industry collapse. Also, the jobless rate is pretty high.

Did Obama and Biden offer any clear, specific solutions for this problem?

Something more than just "we can do it, we need to change it"
