I don't mean to argue, but perhaps you can sustain your claim with some specific instances when Obama did that?

dates, cases, laws, votes,

the vote on the Iraq is the only thing I could think of right now.

I will say that that vote was BRILLIANT! Good for him!
That I do respect.
