Looking For Forum Moderators On Retards.com

We are looking for qualified, honest moderators at retards.com. We want people to be able to speak their mind freely as long as the vulgarity and hate is to a minimum. There is a ton of spam that is needed to be deleted.

A Moderator is a user appointed by the Administrator who is put in charge of maintaining a forum or forums. The duties can include deleting offensive or inappropriate posts, pruning old threads and banning users from their particular forum(s).

Well...I don't mind doing it.

I'm an admin on a regional car forum, and have a well established presence on a few well-known (and lesser known) forums. I haven't been here long, but then again, sometimes that's a good thing...when someone hasn't been here long enough to get caught up in the inevitable forum politics and drama.

I can write in coherent, excruciatingly correct English, I like kittens, and have no tolerance for imbeciles...especially spammers.

Is becoming a forum moderator done on a volunteer basis or is it paid? I don't just mean in this forum, I mean generally across the whole world wide web.

Just curious as I have no idea.

moderators are usually not paid
they are forum members that have knowledge on the subjects being discussed and are available to help the admin run the board.
