First of all Im latino...She is not making excuses for anything...she is stating facts! It is TRUE that this country has been dominated by ONE race forever, and that race happens to be WHITE....Black people were oppressed for years and still dont get the EQUAL OPPORTUNITY they deserve in positions of POWER....the same goes for Latinas & other minorities....That is why the Obama's worked hard to get their degrees/status...come on, owning a mansion isn't that hard to achieve when you have a Harvard Law degree.....lol..and to ANGRY DAD...you personally may not be the reason why Blacks even have this 'so called' excuse...however your decendants are...and some are still living today...So its your duty as a non-racist citizen to recognize facts and not use the 'white people's way of oppression'....putting Black people down!!!!
