I had a conversation with a woman who claimed that there were no "chemicals" used to clean her home. Apparently, she didn't understand that anything that kills germs is creating a chemical reaction to do so, unless it is just trapping germs to be moved to another area for disposal. She also thought that chlorine was a chemical, meaning thta it didn't occur in nature.

I explained that chlorine is number 17 on the periodic chart, if I remember correctly, and occurred in nature.
