I hate ebonics. The kids know how to talk, I seriously doubt anyone is that isolated from the rest of society, in our modern world. They watch TV, listen to the radio, go shopping and read ads, they can speak good ole English, but choose not to.

I laugh when kids come in to ask for a job, slobbering gibberish for half of the interview, then slowly realize how unlikely I am to hire an idiot, so their language begins to take on normal tones and before u know it, wow, they can speak like normal people. YO YO YO
